Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. When you upgrade, we deduct the value of the time left on your current plan from the first charge, and the new plan starts as soon as that payment is confirmed. To move to a lower plan, ask for the change under Account → Billing and it takes effect at your next renewal.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. You approve a mandate once, and the same price is charged every month or year until you turn auto-renew off. You can do that at any time under Account → Billing, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
One full refund, once, on your first paid purchase, if you ask within 7 days. Write to support to request it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards and UPI, through Cashfree, our payment processor. Your card and UPI details go straight to Cashfree and never reach NiveshBuddy.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Monthly to yearly is an upgrade: the value of the time left on your current plan comes off the first yearly charge, and it starts straight away. To go the other way, turn auto-renew off and subscribe monthly once your year ends.
